Hi there! My name is Dmitry, i was born in 1993 in Moscow, Russia.

Studied photography (2010-2013) in Moscow State University of Culture and Arts under the mentorship of Mikhail Kalamkarov.  Then studied media-art in Rodchenko Art School (2015-2017), mentor — Alexey Shulgin.

I have started to work with photos in 2010, has fluent knowledge in medium (both digital and hand-printed photos). Have much experience in alternative photo processes and aiming to develop further.

I've started to work with video in 2014. Made my way through music videos and enigmatic video-essays to live performances with an abstract generative videos. I work with performance since 2016, curated a series of experimental music concerts and since 2017 focused my efforts on live audio-visual sets.

Member of KATAPYGON art-group. Former member of ▼KATABASIA▼ community, Argentum 107 and Parovoy Chelovek art-groups.

I like to dive into the urban media and shamanic practices. In my art I search for the feeling of “retina shimmers before falling asleep”, “the other-side spaces” and overall macabre horrors of the usual things. My tools of choice are analog video manipulation and something rough VFX.

Since 2019 I have started to explore experimental music and sound-art.

Interest zones: urban decay, hauntology, ancient gods, deep human psychology, liminal spaces, obsolete professional electronics, videogames, raw synthesiser tunes, analog videoart
